This policy explains what information Hard Money Health LLC ("we," "us") collects through hardmoneyhealth.com and our waitlist forms for Hard Money Health and Better Half Health, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
What this policy covers
This policy covers our website and our waitlist sign-up forms. When our services launch, medical care will be provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers. Any health information you share during a visit is handled by those providers under HIPAA and their own Notice of Privacy Practices, which you'll see before you start a visit.
We don't collect health information here
Our waitlist is for launch news only. We don't ask health questions, and we ask that you don't include health details in any form or message to us.
What we collect
- What you give us on a form: your name, email, phone number (optional), state, and your answers to optional questions like what working in the trades looks like for you (on the Hard Money Health form), what your home front looks like (on the Better Half Health form), and how you heard about us.
- Your choices: whether you agreed to emails or texts, and that you confirmed you're 18 or older.
- Basic technical info: like browser type, device type, pages viewed and the link or code that brought you here (for example, a referral tag). Our website host and form provider collect this to keep their services running and secure.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
How we use it
- To send the launch news and updates you asked for, by email and, if you opted in, by text.
- To learn where our members are and what they do, so we can plan which states and services to launch first.
- To run, protect and improve our website.
- To follow the law and respond to lawful requests.
Text messages
If you check the text message box, you agree to receive automated marketing and informational texts from Hard Money Health and Better Half Health at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run things, like our website host, form provider, and email and text message providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- If the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our members or the public.
- If our business is sold or merged, as part of that deal. This policy would still protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the reasons above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@hardmoneyhealth.com and we'll respond within 45 days. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, like secure connections and two-step login on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
Age limit
Our waitlist is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are big, we'll let you know by email.
