These terms apply to hardmoneyhealth.com and our waitlist for Hard Money Health and Better Half Health, run by Hard Money Health LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to join the waitlist.
What the waitlist is
Joining the waitlist is free and gets you launch news and first access. It is not a purchase or a commitment. It doesn't create a provider-patient relationship, and it doesn't guarantee that you'll be eligible for any service or treatment, that a service will be available in your state, or any particular price or launch date.
Not medical advice
This website is general information only. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for seeing a licensed healthcare provider. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Medical care after launch
When we launch, care will be provided by independent, licensed U.S. healthcare providers. You'll agree to separate terms, consents and privacy notices before any visit. All treatment is subject to approval by a licensed provider, who decides what, if anything, is right for you. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary.
Messages from us
If you agreed to emails or texts, we'll send launch news and updates. You can opt out anytime: unsubscribe from any email, or reply STOP to any text. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our name and content
Hard Money Health, Better Half Health, our logos, and the content on this site belong to Hard Money Health LLC. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes giving false information, signing up someone else without their permission, or trying to break, overload or hack the site or forms.
Other services
Our sign-up forms and some features are provided by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Plans, services and launch timing can change.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hard Money Health LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of this website or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim about the website or waitlist is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
